The case is extremely difficult. The last operation must be done in Germany.
The University Clinic of Heidelberg agreed to provide treatment for Sakina. Their bill was for 206,000 euros. Her parents had to find this amount as well as 8,900 euros to cover accomodation and an interpreter's fees. The minimal amount necessary for Sakina's treatment therefore totaled 214,900 euros. Thanks to the involvement of a huge number of people who aren't indifferent to Sakina's distress, we did it.

Our warmest thanks to all those who sent money to Sakina's parents' accounts and to the "Happy World" Foundation. It wasn't just a financial assistance, it gave us hope to see one day Sakina completely recovered from the illness.

The next 12 months in Germany will be a rough time for Sakina's paretns. Every donation sent after the whip-round is over will be used to pay for the family's accomodation and other expenses in connection with Sakina's treatment.
